Public access to the joys and benefits of the outdoors is being threatened by federal funding shifts and pressures on staff at the Forest Service, Environmental Protection Agency, and National Park Service. Special interest groups are pushing to strip conservation protections, paving the way for development - all while climate change is accelerating. 

That means fewer parks, trails, and natural spaces for all of us. However, Trust for Public Land is here and committed to meeting this moment by fighitng for a bold, inclusive vision for the next era of public lands.
