People Saving Animals needs your help

Lulu, like many dogs in Guatemala, did not have a home and wandered to the side of the road. She was pregnant, expecting 7 little puppies. A passing car hit her and left her abandoned; she couldn't walk. We don't know exactly what happened to her and how long she was there.

A  resident of Sumpango found Lulu and decided to rescue her. Then, she requested support from a shelter located on the outskirts of the town, but it did not have a veterinarian who could attend the case.   A People Saving Animals volunteer picked her up at the shelter and took her to the vet. He requested x-rays to confirm her fractures.  She needed orthopedic surgery and a C-section. The surgery lasted approximately 4 hours.   Unfortunately, the puppies did not survive. They were hard days but Lulu is a fighter and got better. Today she has a home and a family that loves her very much. 

This dog, as many other homeless animals in Guatemala, need help. People Saving Animals help rescue groups in Guatemala, gathering funds so that they can be tended to by medical veterinarians and have the medicines they need. ¿Can you help us raise funds?
