Our GiveBIG 2022 fundraiser for our beloved Eliot is underway AND we're already more than halfway to our goal! Thank you to those who have already made a gift!
We are planning—with cautious optimism and a big dose of excitement—to hold 2022 Eliot camps in person! Our past two years of predominantly remote gatherings have demonstrated both the resilience we possess in hard times, as well as our need for deep connection and community.
Last year with your loving support – and donations $37,389!! – you helped Eliot:
- Stabilize rainy day reserves
- Preserve funds for scholarships and initiatives for inclusion and equity
- Uphold our yearly capital pledge for the new Pines building
- Plan for a bright and stable future ahead!
This year, let's show our love and financial support once more, to meet our goal of $25,000, so we can:
- Replenish income loss of $17,000 from the second year of the pandemic
- Upgrade audio-visual equipment at Seabeck, allowing more of us to fully hear and clearly see programs and events
Please make a gift for Eliot!! Your Eliot Board has pledged $10,420 toward the $25,000 goal!
In the words of camper Marcia Stephenson,
"We keep returning because camp lifts us out of our ordinary lives and feeds our souls."
And there's a heartwarming video above of campers explaining how Eliot sustains them year round.
Please support Eliot today - all size gifts are important and appreciated. Thank you!!
