A BIG goal to make a BIG impact!
If you had a chance to watch the Honors Recital last weekend you know how hard Music Center students work to hone their craft. It’s one of our favorite events each year, because it showcases what comes from consistent practice, collaboration with faculty mentors, and a love of music.
For many students, this experience is only possible because of scholarship assistance. That’s why we’ve set a $30,000 fundraising goal this spring. Every dollar goes to the Janice Gockel Scholarship Fund to make sure that every child has the opportunity to participate in music lessons.
Finances should never be a barrier to the experiences that take place at Music Center each and every day. Will make a gift to our spring scholarship campaign to keep music in the lives of Music Center students?

The scholarships at Music Center are a valuable resource to ensure everyone in our community has the opportunity to participate in programs, regardless of financial means. We are working to raise $40,000 for our Janice Gockel Scholarship Fund starting with GiveBIG 2022 through For the Love of Music on June 4, 2022.
Janice Gockel founded Music Center in 1989 with the Hildman Strings ensemble. Her love of music has kept Music Center growing for more than 30 years and allowed us to expand from one small ensemble to private lessons, group classes & ensembles, workshops, music therapy, concerts, masterclasses, and more.
Please consider supporting our Scholarship Fund this spring.
