ZGiRLS equips girls with the tools and perspective they need to be confident, centered, and courageous. ZGiRLS creates a world where girls and women live with ZERO limitations.

Description

ZGiRLS is a Washington State 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Seattle. Founded by Olympic and NCAA athletes, ZGiRLS equips girls with the tools and perspective they need to be confident, centered, and courageous.

Every ZGiRLS program is led by professional and Olympic-level female athletes that serve as a "near-peer" mentor that can reach girls on a different level and support them during their critical developmental years

The ZGiRLS Curriculum™ is designed by a team of Olympians, sport psychologist, and mental health professionals. It teaches girls tangible skills to build confidence for life.
