Shoreline Community College Foundation

A nonprofit organization

Many community college students are just a few dollars away from changing their lives. They're often just a few dollars away from paying for rent, from buying groceries, from purchasing necessary books and supplies. These students need just a few dollars from a generous person, like you, to follow through on their educational goals, get a good job, and transform their lives.

Just a few dollars from you can make a BIG difference at Shoreline Community College! Our in-state tuition cost per credit is just $150 per quarter. That means that your donation during GiveBIG is enough to give a student the opportunity they need to be successful.

You can be the reason a student is able to attend college. That's a BIG deal!

Mission

Our Mission: The Shoreline Community College Foundation is dedicated to increasing student access and success through raising funds, building partnerships, and advocating for students and the College.

Description

Your generous gifts to the Shoreline Community College Foundation are:

  • Creating scholarships for students who otherwise would not be able to attend college.
  • Providing housing for students who would otherwise be homeless.
  • Offering emergency support for students struggling to pay their bills or put food on the table.
  • Funding new facilities and new equipment at the college to give students the best educational opportunities available.
