The Schack Art Center offers inclusive and accessible arts programming that fosters creativity, engages the community and cultivates partnerships to enrich lives through the transformative power of the arts.

Description

Schack Art Center is an admission-free visual art center in downtown Everett, WA. Our exhibition galleries are open six days a week and feature diverse artwork from locally and internationally known artists, as well as emerging young talents. 

From the main gallery, visitors are also able to watch professional glassblowers at work in our state-of-the-art hot shop. 

The Schack is also a first-class learning facility with eight art production studios for classes in painting, drawing, glass arts, printmaking, metalsmithing, lapidary, and more. Classes are offered for all levels, from beginner to advanced, and for ages 6 and up! 

Our Gallery Store features unique work from over 300 Pacific Northwest Artists!

Schack's K-12 education programming offers unique learning opportunities through accredited teacher workshops, art docent training for parent/volunteers, a lending library of Art Outreach Suitcases, annual college scholarships, art competitions, a dedicated exhibition space, gallery field trips, monthly teen nights and weekly art classes for justice involved youth. Our education programs aim to promote social and emotional learning, boost students' academic achievement, cultivate skills for learning and enhance the educational experience of traditionally underserved students.
