Rainbow City Performing Arts is undergoing big changes to support as we continue to grow. Rainbow City Performing Arts has grown to seven performance ensembles and over 250 active musicians and performers. We are an organization that is growing, and we are relying more on volunteers to help support our growing organization. Rainbow City Concert Band and Rainbow City Orchestra concluded our inaugural season at Benaroya Hall, and we are continuing to find ways to make our organization more visible as we continue to grow. We know that Rainbow City Performing Arts provides opportunities for members of the community to gather in a safe space to play music and build relationships. In order to continue our growth, we need your support!

1. Operations: Ensuring smooth functioning and safeguarding our assets.
2. Administration: Handling finances, policies, and fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion.
3. Development: Spearheading fundraising efforts to sustain our programs.
4. Marketing: Amplifying our visibility to attract more supporters and participants.

By providing compensation and support, we're ensuring over 160 volunteer hours per month, fostering a high retention rate, and creating a sustainable pace of work. This supportive structure not only cultivates a sense of belonging but also opens doors for growth and skill development, allowing more people to participate in our success actively.
