Friendship Adventures is an all volunteer non-profit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of people with developmental disabilities by providing social, recreational and educational activities in a safe, engaging environment - promoting inclusion, building interpersonal skills, , confidence and lifelong friendships ... one smile at a time!

Description

We have all experienced the power of human connection....a simple smile from a stranger, a hug from a loved one, the joy of laughing with friends. Adults with developmental disabilities have the same need, but unlike us, many are isolated and have difficulty initiating and planning the simplest of social occasions.....like visiting friends or going to lunch. Friendship Adventures fills that void by offering a variety of social, recreational and educational opportunities for people of all abilities.
