Transforming Lives, One Smile at a Time: Rashaun's Journey with E4V and Dr. Ohlson

We are proud to share the story of Rashaun, a U.S. Army Combat Veteran who served in Iraq. After his years of service, Rashaun found himself in need of dental care. When he came to E4V, he was experiencing constant pain and discomfort due to several missing fillings and broken teeth. He had been drinking protein shakes and eating a diet of soft foods because chewing was too painful for him. He hoped we could help him eat solid foods again because this affected his quality of life.

Thanks to the generosity of Dr. Thomas Ohlson and his team at the Comprehensive Dental Group, Rashaun received the vital dental care he needed. Dr. Ohlson provided fillings and crowns to restore Rashaun's dental health, giving him a healthier smile and a renewed sense of self-confidence and well-being. Dr Ohlson shared, "When Rashaun became a patient of mine, I had the pleasure of getting to know him and his story. His story is extremely inspirational, and we thank him for his service. My team and I are very thankful for the experience, and we look forward to helping more veterans."

Following the care he received, Rashaun shared, "I cannot express enough how grateful I am to the whole Everyone for Veterans organization and Dr. Ohlson for providing me with the vital dental care I needed. Dr. Ohlson was very accommodating, knowledgeable, professional, and gracious. I am absolutely certain that Everyone for Veterans and Dr. Ohlson have given me years back on my life with my family, and I am so very thankful."
