The mission of Dress for Success Seattle is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, career wardrobe and workforce development tools to thrive in work and in life.

Description

As the local affiliate of Dress for Success Worldwide (in 148 cities in 28 countries), Dress for Success Seattle (DFS Seattle) has 20+ years' experience working with the unique and highly effective relational model of training and mentorship developed by the worldwide organization to specifically address the unique ways women learn and grow. While DFSS is probably best known as a place for women to receive FREE career wardrobing, it is a dynamic, woman-centered, workforce development organization. 

We Need Your Support
The pandemic affected women, particularly women of color, the most negatively. We are meeting them where they are through remote career coaching, virtual resources, technology access, and more.
