For 46 years, Cedar River Clinics has provided high-quality, patient-centered reproductive health care to people across Washington State and beyond. We are more committed than ever, and we need your help to safeguard access to care.

With federal actions and the state budget deficit, it is not only abortion that will be impacted. Gender-affirming care and preventative care, such as birth control, cancer screenings, and STI testing, are also in jeopardy.    

These federal funding cuts and state budget restrictions could lead to a reduction of essential preventative services, which will result in an increase of unintended pregnancies, STI epidemics, and delayed or missed cancer diagnoses. Lack of access to birth control, gender-affirming care, STI testing and treatment, and related preventative services will dangerously diminish the life-saving role these services play in public health and individual lives. Marginalized communities have and will continue to be impacted the most, such as people of color, people who live in rural communities, and people who are struggling to get by. Everyone, no matter their income, race, or economic background, deserves access to essential, lifesaving reproductive health care.

Cedar River Clinics has provided compassionate reproductive health care for 46 years. Our services include abortion, birth control, STI testing and treatment, annual exams, cancer screenings, and gender-affirming care. We have clinics in Renton, Tacoma, and Yakima and have appointments available via telemedicine. 

We are a social justice organization that combines direct services with activism and community education to demystify health information and empower health decisions. 

Mission: Ensure access to reproductive and sexual health care through direct services, advocacy, and community education to defend bodily autonomy and advance social justice.

Vision: We have a vision of the world where we are all free to make our own decisions regarding our bodies, reproduction, and sexuality - creating communities where we can fulfill our own unique potential and live healthy whole lives with dignity.
