Bellevue Farmers Market

Bellevue Farmers Market (BFM) is a nonprofit market dedicated to creating a more socially just, economically viable, and environmentally sustainable food system in our region by supporting small farming businesses and food-related small business, educating and fostering community, and providing all residents with access to highly nutritious, locally produced food. 

In our upcoming 21st season in 2024, we are open Thursdays, 3 - 7 PM, at the Bellevue Presbyterian Church Parking Lot, from May 23rd through October 24th.  Every week, we host a vibrant marketplace of over 40 vendors, where residents of the greater Eastside can shop for seasonal fruit, vegetables and meats directly from Washington's small farms, and for artisan baked goods, beverages and ready-to-eat foods from small business entrepreneurs.  We aim to cultivate this connection between local growers and food producers and how we nourish ourselves, in a space where neighbors and families can also gather, enjoy the fresh air as they eat together and listen to live music, and learn from other area nonprofit resources and local businesses.  We are also proud to be a participant in the SNAP/Market Match, WIC and Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Programs (FMNP), providing access to fresh, nutrient-dense foods and stretching the buying power of our neighbors most in need.

Your donation will help us in our efforts to:
*reach new potential shoppers who live or work on the Eastside but are unaware of BFM 
*promote the ability for federal and state food access program participants to use their benefits at BFM
*continue our "two-bite challenge" food nutrition program for kids ages 2-12 to encourage them to try new fresh fruit and vegetables
