The mission of Alpha Supported Living Services is to serve individuals with developmental disabilities by providing residential and community services that maximize each person's quality of life.

About Alpha

Alpha Supported Living Services is a nonprofit agency providing supported living, representative payee, and community inclusion services to adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in King, Snohomish, and Spokane counties. Since 1974, our mission has been to change lives by helping people live life to the fullest in their own communities.

In 2024, we proudly celebrated our 50th anniversary—an incredible milestone that highlights our continued dedication to serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As part of this celebration, we opened our 192 Shoreline Community Building, a dynamic new space created in partnership with TWG Development. With momentum on our side, we’ve expanded significantly in the past year. Through the Housing Trust Fund, we secured funding for five new homes—three in King County and two in Spokane—bringing our Inclusion Housing portfolio to 17 properties across three counties, with a goal of reaching 20 in the near future. One of these newly acquired homes in Woodinville will soon launch as our first Intensive Habilitative Support home, offering short-term stabilization for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We’re also opening a Crisis Diversion Bed service for adults experiencing behavioral health crises in Everett. These efforts are all part of our mission to remain responsive to emerging community needs and lead the way in innovative, person-centered support. 

We enter 2025 with a renewed sense of purpose and a clear vision for the future. We’ve expanded our services, added new housing opportunities, and grown our workforce to over 1,000 employees—all while continuing to identify and address emerging community needs. We remain committed to providing high-quality, person-centered support and pushing forward with innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our community.
