True Measure Collaborative

This May, the TMC is asking our community to stand with educators—the heart of every classroom—who continue to show up for students despite growing demands and limited resources.

The True Measure Collaborative exists to dismantle systemic barriers in education, fostering equitable and inclusive learning environments that support students with disabilities and multilingual learners in reaching their full potential.  

Teacher burnout is at an all-time high. A recent national survey found that 44% of K–12 teachers feel burned out often or always. Educators are managing rising student needs, staffing shortages, and insufficient support—all while being asked to do more than ever before.

Despite these challenges, research is clear: educators are the most important school-based factor influencing student success.

All donations this year will directly support educators—those at the heart of every classroom—by addressing burnout and providing the tools they need to thrive.

Your gift fuels personalized coaching, practical training, and compassionate, on-the-ground support that helps educators feel seen, supported, and empowered to lead inclusive, high-quality instruction for every student.

YOUR GIFT MAKES AN IMPACT

A gift of $1000 could support a half-day professional learning opportunity for a full school-based team (15-25 educators) serving multilingual learners. 

A gift of $500 could support a consultation session for a school administration team looking to expand and improve school-wide multilingual learner programming. 

A gift of $250 could support two hours of personalized coaching services for a school-based multilingual learning coordinator. 

A gift of $100 could support travel costs for two onsite school visits by our team of multilingual learner experts.
