In order to prepare BIPOC students for the 21st century workforce, Stemtac Foundation seeks to create seamless systems of STEM enrichment and education that begin supporting these students to be college and career ready from their first day of school. This requires alignment, coordination and communication between several education and workforce sectors, designed to help strengthen the connections between K-12, College, and Workforce sector.
Stemtac Foundation (www.stemtacfoundation.org) is dedicated to building community partnerships to ensure that opportunities created by robust STEM sector growth in the Puget Sound Region are widely accessible. Specifically, Stemtac Foundation seeks to serve Black students who are traditionally excluded from the benefits of this growth. Now more than ever, STEM education and technological literacy are vital for students of all ages. By supporting STEM programs for students and teachers, Stemtac Foundation aims to help educational systems across the Puget Sound Region meet objectives related to STEM initiatives. Our programs are driven by ensuring quality STEM education through practical applications.
