Mission

The mission of the Seattle Classic Guitar Society is to promote the art of the classical guitar in the greater Seattle Area by building and sustaining a diverse community of students, performers and listeners through concerts, Master Classes, performance opportunities, gatherings and outreach.

Description

The Seattle Classic Guitar Society offers classical guitar music and educational outreach to the public throughout the Seattle area. We reach diverse communities through International and Northwest Guitar Series, master classes, open mic performances, and educational outreach projects. Free opportunities are available to partake in all of these programs, to reach populations that might not be able to afford or have access to the arts.
