Every one of us has the right to pursue the life we choose. PROVAIL supports people with disabilities so they too can participate and engage in life according to their own choices. We work with our clients to build pathways to independence, integration, and inclusion, and to navigate their personal journey with dignity and respect.    

Description

Across Washington state, a crisis quietly unfolds. Over 14,000 individuals with developmental disabilities are stuck in a waiting game and denied access to vital support services due to a lack of state funding and limited availability of service providers. As advocates for choice and inclusion, this is a call to action that we cannot ignore.

PROVAIL has been at the forefront for over eight decades, championing the rights and enhancing the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Now, as the need grows and resources dwindle, our commitment to ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to live the life they choose has never been more urgent. 

From innovative employment initiatives to community-integrated housing and cutting-edge adaptive technology, PROVAIL is poised to grow our impact and replicate our models in unserved areas where an already unseen population is at risk of being further marginalized. But we can’t do it alone.
