Peyvand

Peyvand [peɪˈvænd] is of Persian origin and means "connection."  Peyvand NPO is a Seattle-based 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to bridging social and cultural gaps through the use of arts and creating positive intercultural dialogue among diasporic and non-diasporic community members. 

Peyvand is committed to impacting the greater community of King County through imagining, designing, developing, and implementing diverse events, including but not limited to performing arts, film festivals, conferences, and heritage-related celebrations and events. Our goal at Peyvand is to support underrepresented Youth, immigrants, and their families to realize their potential through cultural representation in public spaces, community building, and facilitating their access to educational and life-enriching opportunities.
