As a regional-serving university, the majority of first-year PLU students are from Washington. Scholarships play a key role in making higher education accessible for our students. In fact, this year marks the 10-year anniversary of our 253 PLU Bound Scholarship — a full tuition scholarship awarded to WA high school students who qualify for the College Bound program and have a 3.0+ GPA —  which has impacted over 1,000 local students so far!

Right now, prospective Lutes are deciding if PLU is the right path for their education, and scholarships, like the 253 PLU Bound Scholarship, are vital in helping them determine their next steps.
