MOHAI is a museum where historical exploration inspires people to create a better future for themselves and their communities. By collecting and preserving artifacts and stories of our diverse history, MOHAI highlights our regional tradition of innovation and imagination. Through compelling exhibits, scholarship, education, public programs, and community engagement, MOHAI bridges the past, present, and future. MOHAI is treasured locally and respected nationally as a vibrant resource where history inspires people to be their best, individually and collectively.

Together, We Share History & Create Our Future.

For over 100 years, our community has trusted MOHAI to collect and share the stories of remarkable people and moments in our history. We've learned that telling history begins with listening, and so we collaborate with the community to present exhibits and programs that center the experiences of those whose history we share.
