Leadership Tomorrow is a community leadership organization that cultivates a network of engaged and inclusive leaders dedicated to addressing our region’s toughest challenges. For over 40 years, Leadership Tomorrow has connected and equipped transformative leaders who drive meaningful change across the Puget Sound region.

Our 2,780 alumni lead with courage, curiosity, and collaboration—addressing today’s most pressing issues from housing affordability and climate resilience to public safety and equity. Over the past four decades, Leadership Tomorrow alumni have: 

• Founded nonprofit organizations Housing Connector (located 8,100+ individuals to housing across four states since 2019), and Page Ahead (distributed nearly 300,000 books to kids this past year)
• Served in public office, from the State Legislature to school boards
• Ran small businesses and tech startups fueling our regional economy
• Sat on nonprofit boards, contributing millions of hours of service
