Latitude Theatre

A nonprofit organization

LATITUDE THEATRE produces plays from around the world. Our focus is on translated works, exploring our world through the lens of parallel realities, and fostering the Seattle theatre community. Latitude brings artists together to create new works, to develop stage combat skills, and to incorporate their experiences, backgrounds, and identities into theatrical works from around the globe.

IN GEOGRAPHY, Latitude is “a line around the earth parallel to the equator”

IN HUMAN INTERACTION, Latitude is “the scope of freedom in thought and action”
IN SEATTLE, Latitude Theatre is hosting Monday Night Fights - providing a safe and supportive space for actors to learn and practice stage combat.
