Mission

Founded in 1993, Helping Link/Một Dấu Nối's mission is to empower Vietnamese-Americans’ social adjustment, family stability and self-sufficiency, while nurturing community service and cultivating young leaders.

Description

Helping Link builds local Vietnamese-American community power by strengthening families, increasing self-sufficiency and facilitating access to resources and decision-makers. We provide Vietnamese immigrants and refugees with English as a Second Language (ESL), technology and citizenship classes, interpretation/translation, health information, referral to resources and advocacy. All of this is done while balancing tradition and modernity amongst Vietnamese and American cultures.

In Summer 2024, Helping Link relocated our community HUB to Renton, Washington. We are pleased to continue assisting and serving the Vietnamese-American community throughout the greater King County area.
