WHO WE ARE

GoodRoots Northwest (aka Bonney Lake Food Bank or Bonney Lake Community Resources) is an innovative organization that explores circular economy within the food system to solve access barriers, advocate for racial and food justice, promote health and wellness and create local agricultural vitality.  

Through our innovative foodbank, known as The Market Model, we push the system forward with sustainable, community focused food solutions in an upscale shopping model. We remove access barriers with our revolutionary smart lockers in rural communities to ensure those that cannot not come to the Market still have access to nutritional foods. Finally, we partner with farmers and growers to provide equitable access to fresh, nutritional, and culturally inclusive foods.
