Every gift of $85 or more can provide a visit with our highly trained care teams who listen and bring lasting solutions to chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, immune compromise, digestive issues and much more. Last year, our clinic offered nearly $1.4 million in uncompensated care to those with limited financial resources. Those served include individuals dealing with chronic health challenges, such as HIV/AIDS, cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and depression. Help us be of greater service.
