Ampowering is an organization with deep roots embedded in community focused causes and projects.

Our mission is to be a catalyst to enable vulnerable communities to enhance & develop their quality of life by creating opportunities encompassing educational, socio-economic and behavioral transformations. We are committed to empowering women, youth and enriching families and transforming communities. Helping the most vulnerable communities to bridge the racial, economic and social gaps. Empowering Communities and Lives beyond boundaries. When COVID impacted many lives & families, team AmPowering was working at grass root level and helped over 400,000 people with food, groceries, PPEs, interim shelter, rental assistance, financial assistance, education, training, COVID testing & vaccination drives, transportation and in every possible way as it was needed by communities.

AmPowering is an organization with deep roots embedded in community focused causes and projects. Passionate about education, advocacy, women empowerment and creating a safe environment to enable growth as community servants. 

Ampowering team is working for women and communities of color (irrespective of their social status and ethnic backgrounds) and are welcomed with open arms to help them transform their dreams into reality.

We are:

1. Helping the most vulnerable communities to bridge the racial, economic and social gaps.
2. Empowering Communities and Lives beyond boundaries.
3. Promoting the wellbeing of every life, in everything we do.

Some of our key initiatives are:

Feed The Need: Feeding over 2500 homeless neighbors & vulnerable communities every week both in India & USA. We are also involving community members and family in our program to make it very inclusive. 

Women Empowerment: Several programs to help empower women in various ways including Dehaat program where we are empowering women in rural areas to earn with dignity and use their earnings to send their kids to school. So, we are trying to create multifold impact in our projects. 

RehireNow: Under our returnship program, providing training, coaching, mentoring and required resources to women to et back  to work. 

Interim Shelter: We provide interim shelter to immigrants, people facing homeless and domestic violence victims while they arrange their other housing options. 

AmPowering Youth Council: Empowering our youth to understand giving back and being involved in community activities and build better leaders. The Leaders behind screen provided free online learnings to young kids and epowering youth to learn leadership skills. 

The Well Mind: This program focus on mental health without any discrimination of age, sex, religion or any other barriers. Promoting the wellbeing of every life, in everything we do.

Diversity, Inclusion & Equity: We believe in DEI not as a program, but as our principle and core value. All our programs are focussed in being inclusive and equitable to help benefit historically disadvantaged communities. We advocate for social justice for under and misrepresented identities including immigrants, LGBTQIA+ communities, women, BIPOC communities, religious minorities, lower caste individuals, youth, and many more. 

Global Women Leadership: Our annual awards to encourage, inspire, appreciate and empower women and celebrating thier success as they are in different stages of growth in making a difference.

Celebrating Arts & Culture: We celebrate all diverse festivals, North America Fashion Week, cultural pageants. 

AmPowering has been awarded won awards for financial transparency and volunteer support - accolades from independent agencies like Guide Star Gold Seal of Transparency 2020, 5 Star ratings at Great Non Profit and also won Best Managed Non Profit in Pacific North West / Seattle area in 2018 and 2020 along with numerous endorsements from Senators, City and Council Members and Corporate Businesses. AmPowering was awarded as Best Non Profit twice at The Global Beauty Award (in 2018, 2020), and World Peace Ambassador by World Peace Diplomacy Organization.
