Mission

The mission of the San Juan Public Schools Foundation is to advocate for educational excellence by raising funds and gathering resources and acting as a catalyst to involve the community in public education. The Foundation helps supplement state and federal funding to provide a quality education for our island's children.

Despite the hardships of the past two years, teachers, families, and students have adapted and persevered every step of the way. Student’s love of learning and great teaching continues on our island. And honestly, the need for stellar education has never been greater as the pandemic continues to push us in ways never imagined. 

Our community has always been committed to providing quality education and encouraging the success of our island's students. And that’s why, as an advocate for educational excellence, the SJPSF was created: to raise funds, gather resources, and act as a catalyst to involve the community in public education.  

SJPSF has been responsive in meeting ever-present demands for school program curriculum updates, learning materials, and other innovations for learning.
